Understand who the users are, what they need, and the context in which they use the website.
In the first project phase, we conducted structured interviews with key stakeholders at the restaurant. The goal was to understand business objectives, brand values, and existing challenges before engaging external users.

To identify market standards and differentiation opportunities, we analysed 8 comparable fine dining websites in the DACH region and 3 international benchmarks (Noma, Eleven Madison Park, Atera).
