Executive Summary

This document outlines the complete User Experience process for the development of the KOJI restaurant website — from the initial discovery and user research phases through information architecture, prototyping, and final design handoff, to the post-launch KPI framework used to measure ongoing success.

KOJI is a Japanese-Korean fine dining restaurant that merges the stillness of Japanese tea ceremony culture with the warmth of Korean hospitality. The website was designed to make this unique experience digitally tangible, drive reservations, and reinforce the brand’s identity as a premium dining destination (2 awards, 7+ years of experience).
